Partnering with clients, consultants (architects + engineers), and your general contractor ensures your project will be set up for success.
Each project has unique challenges. The project timeframe depends heavily on the complexity, size, scope, base building schedule, municipality review, contractor timeline, and owner approvals.
We have provided a detailed outline of what can be expected in each phase of your build-out. Some items listed below are the responsibility of the Owner, architect, general contractor, or other consultant.
